Our autumn program runs for 24 weeks with evening sessions designed for working professionals. Classes meet twice weekly, combining theoretical concepts with practical application.
Each session builds on previous material, so consistent attendance helps. We've structured the program around Bulgaria's business calendar, avoiding major holiday periods.

Fundamentals Module
Financial statement basics, accounting principles, and how to read balance sheets without getting lost. We start with real company reports from Bulgarian firms, then expand to international examples.

Ratio Analysis Deep Dive
Calculate and interpret the ratios that matter. Profitability, liquidity, efficiency metrics – and when they're misleading. Includes case studies from Sofia Stock Exchange listed companies.

Valuation Techniques
DCF models, comparable company analysis, and when to use which method. Focus on practical application rather than academic perfection. Learn the shortcuts experienced analysts actually use.

Final Project Workshop
Complete analysis of a company you choose. Elena provides feedback on your approach, catches errors before they matter, and helps refine your analytical process. Most valuable part of the program according to past participants.

Payment Details
Bank transfer to our Sofia account or card payment through our system. First payment or deposit secures your spot – we confirm via email within two business days.
Cancellations before August 15, 2025 receive full refunds minus 150 BGN administrative fee. After that date, we can transfer your enrollment to our spring 2026 session instead.
How Sessions Work
We've tested different teaching approaches over five years. What works best is splitting each session into explanation, practice, and review. Sounds simple, but keeping that rhythm makes complex material stick.
In-Person Sessions
Our Sofia location on ul. Krakra seats 18 people comfortably. Windows overlook a quiet street, which matters during long sessions. Coffee available, though tea drinkers are also welcome.
Remote Attendance Option
Can't make it to the office some evenings? Join via video link. Not quite the same as being there, but you'll see Elena's screen, hear explanations clearly, and ask questions through chat. Recording available if your connection drops.
Weekend Review Sessions
Every third Saturday from 10:00-13:00 we review tricky concepts that typically confuse people. Optional but helpful. Bring specific questions from homework – that's when these sessions prove most useful.

Enrollment Form
Fill out registration form with basic information. Choose your payment plan. Submit copies of ID for our records (standard requirement for educational programs in Bulgaria).
Payment & Access
Make first payment or deposit. We send confirmation, materials list, and login credentials for our document system. You're enrolled – we'll email two weeks before start date with location details and first assignment.
